Refund policy
xN Studio will be happy to exchange or replace a damaged item within 30 days of original shipment. Items for exchange must be returned before the replacement is sent, and a tracking number must be provided with any returned items. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and please note specific refund-related information in the particular product listing as well, if relevant. Unfortunately we cannot honor requests that are:
1) Based on color discrepancy;
2) Change of heart; or
3) Due to transit delays (please see additional information below).
Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged. Store credit will be issued in these cases. Return of Made-to-Order purchases are also subject to review. If there is an issue, please message an image(s) along with a detailed description to initiate the process.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if item is damaged while in transit.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
***Colors may differ slightly depending on your computer or smartphone screen. Swatches can be mailed by request for no additional fee.
